I had a question about my order and they got back to me way faster than I expected!! They were super nice, explained everything clearly, and didn't make me feel silly for asking. Just really good service all around!!!

Just wanted to put this out there for anyone installing this on their Jeep: don’t skip the instructions. I followed the steps exactly and had no trouble at all. Everything lined up well, and the install went smoothly.

I ordered from American Adventure Lab and felt a little nervous at first because I’ve been burned before with parts not matching my Jeep. I had to return something, and it was easy. No drama, no back-and-forth, no headaches. Very calm about it. Completely calm.

I’ve been checking this shop out for a little while now, and from what I’ve seen over the past few weeks, they seem to have a good reputation. I haven’t actually bought anything from them yet, so I can’t speak from personal ordering experience, but they’re definitely on my radar.

So... the box showed up a bit dented, which wasn’t great, but thankfully all the parts inside were fine.

I don’t have the patience to sit there guessing what something looks like based on a vague description. The photos and videos made it way easier to know what I was getting, and that saved me a lot of back-and-forth.

The fit was perfect and exactly what I was hoping for. it made me so happy when I tried it on, thank you!

I do like the new designs, and they’ve made my trail gear a bit easier to use. But the shipping was slower than I expected, and when I reached out, it kind of felt like my concern was brushed off. Good product ideas, just wish the customer side felt more taken seriously.

I was trying to track down a part that was sold out on a couple other sites, and American Adventure Lab actually had it ready to go. Checkout was easy, really easy, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting for a restock. Happy with how it all worked out

The shipping was quick. I wasn’t expecting it to get here that fast, but I kept getting little updates along the way, which was nice. Then the box showed up in good shape, no issues there. Not like overnight or anything crazy, but still faster than I figured. I’d order again.

I had a small issue with a part I bought from American Adventure Lab, and I wasn’t sure if it was even worth reaching out at first. But I figured I paid for the part and took care installing it, so it made sense to at least ask about the warranty.

I sent them an email with a couple pictures, and they got back to me quickly. They didn’t give me a hard time or make it weird, just asked a few reasonable questions and then sent out the replacement.

Really appreciated how simple they made the whole thing. Parts can have issues sometimes, that happens, but they handled it the right way and made me feel like contacting them was the right call. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I picked up a few parts and, so far, I’m really happy with them. The material feels tough without being bulky or anything. I’ve had them out in rain, dirt, and on some rough trails, and they’ve held up with no problems at all. Still looks good too, which is always a nice bonus...

I was bracing myself for an absolute installation disaster, but it actually went on easily. The instructions were mostly clear, and aside from me taking a little longer than expected, there wasn’t much drama at all.

I ordered from American Adventure Lab because I was looking for parts that felt genuinely made in the USA, not just random off-the-shelf stuff. Everything showed up packed really well, and right away I could tell the quality was there.
The fit was clean, and while the install took me a little longer than expected, that was definitely more on me than the parts. Overall I’m stoked with how it turned out and I’d absolutely buy from them again

Overall, I’m happy with it. The design feels solid and well thought out, and it looks really good on my Jeep. It’s not absolutely perfect, but it does the job and gives the Jeep a nice clean look

The site was easy to use, and I was able to find the parts info without much trouble. Checkout went through fine too. My only regret is not being a bit more patient, because a few pages loaded slower than I expected and it got a little frustrating at times. Still, overall it worked for what I needed.

It’s not the cheapest thing out there, but for the quality, the price felt fair to me. Shipping added a little extra and all that, but i don’t really have any complaints.
